SIEDAS

SIEDAS – Italian Society of Experts in Arts and Entertainment Law – is a national non-profit association established to promote studies and research with a scientific focus in the field of arts and entertainment law, addressing both national and international contexts. In 2025, it celebrates ten years of institutional and scientific consultancy activities.

The President: Fabio Dell’Aversana is a Full Professor of Arts and Entertainment Law at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli. He is a Supreme Court Lawyer (Avvocato Cassazionista) in the Naples Bar. He directs the Journal of Arts and Entertainment Law and serves as President of SIEDAS – Italian Society of Experts in Arts and Entertainment Law. He is the Principal Investigator of the PRIN PNRR 2022 project “The Right to Beauty: Balancing Protection and Inclusion.” He coordinates the Nationally Relevant PhD program activated by the Accademia di Napoli on “Copyright Law and Cultural Economy.” He is the scientific coordinator of several PNRR projects and author of contributions on copyright, arts, and entertainment law.
